
O' So Good Olive Oil's Tuscan Pasta Sauce
Ingredients:

1 large or 2 small-medium minced garlic cloves

1/8 cup chopped red onions & 1/8 Cup chopped white onions total 1/4 cup

3 tablespoons of O' So Good Olive Oil's Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 cup Heavy Cream
-
1/2 cup chicken broth + 1 tablespoon cornstarch stirred together beforehand

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
-
2 tablespoons O' So Good Olive Oil's Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 cup sundried tomatoes

1 cup spinach chopped

2/3 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:

Put minced garlic, red & white onions, Tuscan Herb olive oil, salt and pepper into a large skillet or pot. Cook on medium to low heat for 3-5 minutes or until soft and slightly golden brown. Be sure not to burn it so stir consistently.

Add the heavy cream, chicken broth & cornstarch mixture, Italian herb spice, lemon balsamic vinegar and stir until the mixture begins to thicken slightly. About 5 minutes.

Turn the heat to low and add the sundried tomatoes, spinach, and parmesan cheese and simmer until the sauce has thickened to liking.

Serve immediately over pasta
