O' So Good Olive Oil's Blackberry Walnut Salad
4 Cups spring salad mix
2 Cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/4 Cup toasted walnuts
4 Tablespoons sliced figs
4 Tablespoons cup sliced blackberries
1/8 Cup parmesan cheese
Chop both lettuce types into bite size pieces. Put walnuts into a skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes or until slightly toasted but not burnt and put into salad. Slice figs and blackberries in half and put on top of the salad. Lastly, sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese and toss to mix well.
