O' So Good Olive Oil's Garlic Basil Pesto


  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds or pine nuts

  • 3 garlic cloves minced

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup O' So Good Olive Oil's garlic infused olive oil

  • 3 cups fresh basil leaves

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Place fresh basil leaves and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a blender and blend into a paste.

Gradually add nuts, garlic, lemon juice, cheese, and remaining olive oil and blend until smooth.
