Lemon Parmesan Asparagus

2 Bundles of Asparagus (bottoms cut off about 2 inches)
2 Tablespoons O’ So Good Olive Oil’s Lemon Infused Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Squeeze fresh lemon juice (optional)
O’ So Good Lemon Balsamic 2 tsp + drizzle

Preheat Oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Cut 2 inches off the bottoms of the asparagus and place on a sheet pan. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of lemon infused olive oil on top and season generously with salt and pepper. Roll and mix the asparagus around with your hand or tongs to evenly coat each piece. Roast in the oven for 12 minutes or until the tops look slightly toasted and asparagus is soft. Squeeze half a lemon over asparagus (optional). Enjoy!
