O' So Good Pumpkin Balsamic Waffles

1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups buttermilk (1 1/4 cups milk + 1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon
O’ So Good Olive Oil’s Pumpkin Spice Balsamic Vinegar)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup canned liquid pumpkin pie mix puree
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons O’ So Good Olive Oil’s Vanilla Olive Oil + more for
waffle iron
Optional: 1 Cup Chocolate Chips


Mix together the milk and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and set aside. Next in a bowl whisk together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl whisk together the wet ingredients minus the balsamic vinegar and milk mixture. When the balsamic vinegar and milk mixture begins to get clumpy, mix into wet ingredients and then combine with the dry ingredients. Brush some of the Vanilla Olive Oil onto the waffle Iron and cook waffles 1-2 minutes or until done according to your iron. Enjoy!
