O' So Good Olive Oil's Chicken Fajita


  • 4 chicken breasts cut in half

  • 1/2 Tbsp cumin

  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/8 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 2 Tbs O' So Good Olive Oil *

  • 3 limes (1 Juiced & 2 sliced for servings)

  • 3 bell peppers

  • 1 white onion


Slice onion and bell peppers into thin sections. Season both sides of chicken then sear both sides of the chicken in O' So Good Olive Oil in skillet. Cook 5-7 minutes or until mostly cooked. Remove and set aside on a plate. Add onion and  bell peppers to skillet and sauté 7-8 minutes or until mostly done - Meanwhile slice chicken breasts and then add back to skillet. Cook until chicken is fully cooked and peppers are soft.
